Q. Are you an authorized dealership?

A. Yes, we are an authorized VW dealership in Indiana. 

Q. What happens if you send me the wrong part?

A. We will work with the buyer to exchange for a replacement or issue a return label to refund the order.

Q. What happens if I order the wrong part?

A. We will work with the buyer to select the correct part and exchange. The buyer will pay shipping on the return and new part. 

Q. How long does it take for a part to arrive at my door?

A. Shipping times are based on the selected shipping method and the availability of the ordered part. 

Q. What happens if I need to return or exchange a part?

A. Please initiate any return/exchange by contacting our support team via phone or email.

Q. What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?

A. All orders have shipping protection through Extend. Lost or damaged orders will have to be claimed through Extend using the buyer’s claim number. Our support team can offer assistance when filing a claim. Once the claim is processed, Extend will provide a pre-paid virtual card for the buyer to re-order the part with.

Q. What is a VIN and why do I need it?

A. Your Vehicle Identification Number tells us everything about your vehicle, from engine codes to interior color to the day it was built. To ensure you order the correct part or accessory for your vehicle, we recommend entering your VIN number into our search bar when ordering. 

Q. Where can I find my vin?

A. The easiest place to find your vehicle's VIN is on your insurance card, but you can also find it on your registration or on the driver's door jam or at the base of the windshield on the driver's side.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?

A. Currently we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Q. Do you offer express/expedited shipping?

A. We do offer expedited shipping options, but no overnight shipping. 

Q. What shipping methods do you offer?

A. We offer economy, standard/ground, expedited, freight and local pickup shipping options. 

Q. Can I track my package?

A. All orders will receive a tracking number via email once the order is packaged and shipped.  

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

Q. How do you protect my credit card information?

A. All credit card information is processed through an encrypted gateway. Credit card information is never stored or viewed by our staff. 

Q. What do I do if I need to cancel my order?

A. To cancel your order, please reach out to our Customer Support team via phone or email. 

Q. Do I need to have an account to order a part?

A. You do not need an account to order a part. Creating an account is recommended to receive future promotions and store your purchase history. 

Q. Do you offer a warranty on parts and accessories?

A. Yes. All parts come with the Volkswagen 12 month part warranty. 

Q. How do replacement parts affect my vehicle’s warranty?

A. Any repair made to a vehicle under warranty that is not completed by a VW Service facility can potentially void a vehicle’s warranty. Questions about your vehicle’s warranty status should be directed to your local dealer. 

Q. How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?

A. To ensure you're getting the correct parts and accessories for your vehicle, provide your VIN when placing your order. We will manually check your order for fitment and accuracy.

Q. Why are OEM parts better for my vehicle? Can’t I just get a cheaper aftermarket part?

A. We recommend original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts because they were designed specifically for your vehicle. Most automakers also back up their OEM parts with a one-year warranty. And if you get your car repaired at the dealership, they'll usually stand by their labor as well. 

Aftermarket parts on the other hand can be cheaper, but they're also less likely to deliver peak performance. An aftermarket part is any part or accessory for a vehicle that isn’t sourced from the car's maker.

Q. How do I tell if the part is for the driver’s side or the passenger’s side?

A. Driver’s side part numbers end in an odd number. Passenger side part numbers will end in an even number. Side and fitment can always be verified by our support team. 

Q. What if I want to talk to a real person about my order?

Q. What are your Customer Service hours?

A. Our Customer Service hours are from 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 8am-4pm on Saturdays. Customer Service is not available on Sundays. 

Q. Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Yes, we currently charge sales tax on all orders.
